Antoinette has been working as a Speech Pathologist for over four years. Before working in health she had a great career working in language teaching and media & communications.
Antoinette switched to allied health because she felt she wanted to make a greater difference in this world, and saw the need for speech pathology in the community. This has given her great satisfaction as she has been able to combine her passion for health, knowledge, people and language all in one job.
Antoinette really enjoys collaborating with other professionals in the field. She works closely with other Speech therapists, Occupational Therapists, Allied Health practitioners, Paediatricians, Teachers and Principles to collaborate on goals and improve her clients’ outcomes.
Antoinette often consults with local schools, day programs, group homes and Learning Support Teachers to recommend and train others in evidence -based techniques to help clients and children achieve their NDIS goals and beyond.
